Fleck allows you to add Notes and Bullets to websites. You can then share these annotated pages with other people.
After installation a small button will appear in your browser. Click that button when you visit a website and you will get a toolbar at the bottom of the page you are visiting.
Add a note or bullet and enter some text, then click the share button and enter the emailaddress of one of your friends.

I can’t really comment on this extension much as..i don’t read Italian
Here is what users are saying:
First of all, I find strange that the options can be reached only through the context menu (i.e., pressing the right mouse button on the statusbar) and not where they should be.
Then, why making it possible to read comments and send messages but not to write new posts? This is a tool for bloggers, so I'd find more important to let them *post* and not to send messages
